You will utilize a state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) system integrated with treatment software that aids in seamless documentation, progress monitoring, and adherence to crisis protocols. • Deliver weekly, evidence-based counseling sessions via video conferencing, engaging with adult clients to facilitate their therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' multifaceted needs.
• Utilize automatically administered assessments to gauge symptoms, functional improvements, and overall progress, making appropriate adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Participate in regular consultation sessions with leadership to enhance clinical practice and receive support as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation through our EMR, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and facilitating effective communication within the treatment team.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse adult population, including those at elevated risk of suicide, and individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.
• Dedication to providing care for all populations and comfort in treating clients with a wide range of mental health challenges.
• Technical proficiency and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions in clinical practice.

• At least two years of recent experience utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions with individual adult clients.
• Experience in working with high-risk populations is a plus.

The compensation for this remote position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
