Administrative Analyst – Emergency Management Training Support
  • Approximately 75% of a fulltime schedule, averaging no more than 30 hours per week.
  • TAMARACK Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Administrative Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative, training management, scheduling, and program coordination support to the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Shore Operations Training Group (SOTG). CNIC N36T/N73, the Shore Operations Training Group (SOTG), is responsible for delivering efficient and effective operations focused training to 10 regions and 70 installations worldwide through formal courses, Mobile Training Teams (MTTs), and Virtual Training Teams (VTTs). This position serves as the primary administrative support for the SOTG, coordinating worldwide training schedules, maintaining training records and databases, supporting course logistics, preparing executive-level correspondence and reports, and ensuring the efficient execution of Navy Emergency Management training programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience administering Navy training programs, utilizing Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS),

    Enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (eNTRS) and Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), along with knowledge of Navy training administration processes and adult education principles.

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

    Position Description: This position supports the CNIC N36T/73 Shore Operations Training Group (SOTG) as the primary Administrative Analyst responsible for coordinating the administrative, scheduling, and training management functions supporting worldwide Emergency Management Training. The incumbent serves as the principal administrative resource for a geographically dispersed team of instructors by coordinating Mobile Training Team (MTT) and Virtual Training Team (VTT) schedules, maintaining Navy training records and databases, supporting formal course administration, managing operational reporting requirements, coordinating meetings and conferences, and providing executive-level administrative support. This position supports the Commander, Navy Installations Command.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating and administering formal course schedule, Mobile Training Team (MTT) and Virtual Training Team (VTT) events in support of worldwide CNIC SOTG training requirements.
  • Maintain and administer training records, student enrollments, seat quotas, course completions, and other training data utilizing CeTARS, eNTRS, FLTMPS, and other designated Navy Training management systems.
  • Manage and update SOTG SharePoint webpages, Quarterly Operational Training and Exercise Summary (QOTES) reporting, training, schedules, operational metrics, and other program documentation.
  • Coordinate teleconferences, conferences, working groups, and other collaborative meetings while providing administrative support to instructors, government personnel, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, print, package, and distribute instructional materials and provide logistical support for formal courses and training events.
  • Review applicable doctrine, mission essential tasks, and training requirements to assist in identifying Regional Training Team (RTT), Installation Training Team (ITT) and Installation Training Office (ITO) support requirements.
  • Prepare executivelevel correspondence, reports, presentations, briefings, and other official documentation utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure the successful planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of CNIC Emergency Management training programs.
  • Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Education Requirements: All requirements must be clearly annotated on resume. Experience must be shown in work history.

  • Five (5) years of experience supporting Navy or Department of Defense training administration, training management, or education programs.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing the Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS), Enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (eNTRS) and Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) for course administration, scheduling, student tracking, and training records management.
  • Experience supporting formal Navy training programs, including course scheduling, student management, and training documentation.
  • Experience preparing executivelevel correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documentation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance
  • Must possess a valid United States Passport
  • Provide proof of citizenship using the I9 form and supporting documentation.
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA’s)

  • Indepth knowledge of Navy training administration processes, formal course management, and adult education principles sufficient to support the planning, coordination, and administration of Navy training programs.
  • Knowledgeable of U.S. Navy protocols and chain of command.
  • Demonstrated proficiency utilizing CeTARS, eNTRS, FLTMPS, and other Navy training management systems to maintain student records, course schedules, training metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently coordinate multiple concurrent training events, manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet established deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare executivelevel correspondence, reports, presentations, and official communications.
  • Indepth knowledge of computer and information technology proficiency to utilize and independently troubleshoot and correct issues associated with Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Teams. Excel proficiency required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in data entry, recordkeeping, correspondence, and document review.
