Real Property Management Analyst

TAMARACK Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Real Property Management Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) in providing Real Property policy, training, and program management support for Marine Corps installations worldwide. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in real property policy, business process development, inventory and audit support, data analysis, systems management, and workforce training while collaborating with Government stakeholders to enhance accountability, compliance, and operational readiness across Marine Corps installations worldwide.

Organization: Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM), United States Marine Corps

Location: Hybrid position with work performed in Arlington, VA, remotely, and at Marine Corps installations worldwide.

Travel: Frequent travel, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Salary Range: Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, education, and qualifications as they relate to the stated knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position. Position Description: This position supports the MCICOM as a Real Property Management Analyst in advancing enterprise-wide real property accountability, policy implementation, and business process improvement across Marine Corps installations worldwide. The role focuses on developing and maintaining real property business processes, supporting inventory and audit readiness, analyzing real property data and documentation for accuracy and compliance, providing training and technical guidance to regional and installation personnel, supporting government leadership through reporting, metric development, meeting coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This position is contingent upon contract award, successful completion of due diligence and background screening requirements, and client acceptance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops, updates, and maintains Real Property Business Process Narratives, policies, procedures, and supporting documentation to improve consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness across Marine Corps Installations.
  • Plans, develops, and delivers training to regional and installation personnel on Real Property business processes, inventory procedures, and program requirements while providing ongoing technical guidance and subject matter expertise.
  • Monitors annual Real Property Inventory activities, reviews supporting documentation and system records for accuracy, identifies discrepancies, develops reports, recommends corrective actions, and supports audit readiness initiatives through standards development and process improvements.
  • Utilizes enterprise systems including iNFADS, Enterprise Military Housing (eMH), the Computerized Maintenance Management System (USMCMax), and related applications to analyze real property information, prepare reports, monitor performance metrics, and support Government reporting requirements.
  • Provides administrative and logistical support for meetings, prepares draft agendas and meeting minutes, tracks action items, develops program metrics and portfolio reports, and supports responses to Government taskings and leadership information requirements.
  • Minimum Qualifications, Experience, & Education Requirements: All Requirements must be clearly annotated on resume. Experience must be shown in work history.

  • At least three (3) years of experience supporting Real Property management, facilities management, or asset management.
  • At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in business process improvement, business process analysis, or related field within a military branch or comparable large organization.
  • An active Secret Clearance (preferred). Or must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Provide proof of citizenship using the I9 form and supporting documentation.
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA’s)

  • Indepth knowledge of real property management principles, asset accountability, inventory management, audit readiness, and business process documentation within a large government or military organization.
  • Skill in analyzing complex data, reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies, developing reports, and recommending process improvements.
  • Ability to develop and deliver technical training, communicate complex information clearly, and provide guidance to personnel at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments while coordinating with stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and supporting executivelevel reporting requirements.
