Introduction:We''re looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst who can transform complex business requirements into actionable cloud data solutions. This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive data-driven insights and improvements through modern cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:- Lead AS-IS process analysis and design TO-BE workflows using cloud technologies
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to identify gaps and opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional specs, data lake guidelines, and SOPs
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Support Agile delivery through UAT facilitation and cross-functional collaboration
- Manage how enterprise data, including ERP sources, flows into cloud data lake platforms
- 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on business and data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex data structures
- Proven track record translating business requirements across different domains
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Strong process modeling skills such as swim lanes, use cases, and gap analysis
- Familiarity with SAP ERP data models for analytics and reporting
- CBAP certification is a plus
