Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC | Remote Mental Health Therapist in Virginia

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote mental health counseling for clients in Virginia. This role involves meeting with clients through telehealth, understanding their concerns, building treatment plans, and guiding them through the counseling process with steady, professional support.

You will help clients work through emotional challenges, improve coping skills, strengthen communication, and address the mental health concerns affecting their daily lives. The position offers a structured full-time setup for an LPC who wants to focus on therapy while working remotely.

Salary Range: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote counseling services to clients through video-based therapy sessions
  • Evaluate client concerns and determine appropriate counseling goals
  • Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma-related concerns, relationship stress, and life changes

Requirements
