• Conduct assessments and evaluations of assigned clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring the delivery of developmentally appropriate care.
• Implement and manage individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs, facilitating linkages to various services and resources within the community.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on prevention, treatment, and recovery strategies.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and resource referrals to clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, ensuring timely completion of reports, treatment plans, and assessment tools.
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices in mental health care.
• Monitor the ongoing progress of clients, adjusting care plans and therapeutic techniques as needed to maximize outcomes and effectiveness.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
