Working remotely, they use secure digital platforms to access laboratory data, interpret results, and communicate findings with healthcare providers. These technologists often work for hospitals, research centers, or diagnostic labs, ensuring the accuracy and quality of genetic testing. Their work supports personalized medicine and can guide treatment decisions for patients with genetic conditions.
