As a member of our remote clinical team, you will have the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Our remote setting supports a work-life balance and allows for a more personalized approach to therapy, accommodating various client schedules. • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to gather insights into clients’ mental health histories, emotional challenges, strengths, and support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the needs of each client.
• Implement treatment methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing.
• Collaboratively develop and execute individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and measurable interventions
• Work closely with fellow mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.
• Maintain meticulous, timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal regulations while ensuring client confidentiality.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a sense of community among clients.

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse client population, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Our approach is client-centered, emphasizing the unique backgrounds, cultures, and needs of each client. You will play a key role in fostering resilience and support their journey towards optimal mental health.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to various psychological conditions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage and support clients.

• Experience with telehealth delivery methods and familiarity with relevant digital platforms for client engagement.
• Background in crisis intervention and risk management.
• Previous training in group therapy facilitation.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to base salary, new hires qualify for a generous sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
