• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, crafting a comprehensive understanding of their individual situations.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that promote healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the provision of integrated care that enhances the therapeutic process.

In your role, you will work with a diverse population, including couples, families, and individuals dealing with a wide range of issues such as relationship challenges, communication barriers, family dynamics, and emotional difficulties. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Background in providing family therapy and experience with issues related to family dynamics.
