• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions through secure live video calls with clients experiencing a variety of emotional disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s needs, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to evaluate client improvement continuously and make data-informed adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation utilizing our advanced, user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, which is integrated with artificial intelligence to streamline client interactions and follow-ups.

In this role, you will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, particularly adults facing various mental health challenges. Your focus will be to provide compassionate care that meets clients where they are, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue, healing, and empowerment. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their struggles while helping establish effective coping strategies and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Social Worker is mandatory to practice.
