Summary:

The Business Analyst 3 provides advanced support for assigned business process and/or system within a business unit.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator (Business Analyst 3) to manage and support Debt Manager and other default/risk systems. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, operational efficiency, and successful project execution across our credit and risk platforms.

Availability & Flexibility:
Must be available to support production issues, scheduled maintenance, and project-related activities during evenings or weekends as needed

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration & Maintenance:
    Configure, maintain, and support production environments for Debt Manager and related risk systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • Production Support:
    Provide timely resolution for system issues, including root cause analysis and preventive measures. Support business continuity through proactive monitoring and incident response.

  • Project Execution & Implementation:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Process Automation & Optimization:
    Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and configuration improvements that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with IT, vendors, reporting teams, and project managers to align system capabilities with business and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of related experience

  • High School diploma with 9 years of experience in a related field may be considered

  • Experience administering default management or risk systems (e.g., Debt Manager)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Advanced analytical and mathematical skills
