· Quote, negotiate, and close policies

· Build long-term relationships to drive renewals, cross-sell, and referrals

· Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and client records in CRM systems

Who You Are (Required)

· Ability to conduct consultative, needs-based sales conversations

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience selling commercial lines (SMB focus strongly preferred)

· Existing book of business or referral network

· Experience in independent agency environment

· Strong understanding of risk assessment and coverage structuring

Key Skills

· Relationship-driven selling and client retention

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to analyze client risk and recommend solutions

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely

Compensation

· Base salary + commission OR commission-only (based on experience)

· Uncapped earning potential

· Renewal income and cross-sell incentives

Why Join Us

· Fully remote, flexible work environment

· Access to multiple carriers and competitive products

· Strong earning upside with performance-based compensation

· Opportunity to build and own your book of business

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for someone who:

· Has sold directly to business owners (not just inbound personal lines)

· Is comfortable hunting for new business
