• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to identify clients' unique challenges and strengths.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that draw on evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, tailored specifically to each client's cultural context.
• Facilitate engaging and supportive therapy sessions—individual, family, and group—to address mental health concerns, enhance personal resilience, and promote psychological well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated patient care and comprehensive treatment experiences.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and de-escalation support for clients facing mental health emergencies.
• Provide education to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methods, and available community resources to foster greater awareness and understanding.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in case conference discussions, team meetings, and continue developing cultural competency through ongoing training opportunities.
• Stay abreast of relevant research, best practices, and innovative therapeutic techniques to ensure high-quality care delivery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LLMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R within the state of New York.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based interventions within a culturally sensitive framework.
• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy, utilizing approaches that are responsive and inclusive.
• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities coupled with an unwavering demeanor during high-stress situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with an aptitude for building meaningful rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and technology used in telehealth environments.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards, professional boundaries, and patient confidentiality.
• A willingness and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

• Prior experience working within telehealth platforms is highly desirable, providing you with the skills to navigate virtual therapeutic settings effectively.
• Participation in training or workshops related to cultural competency and inclusivity in mental health care is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the attractive salary, we provide:
