Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, histories, and goals, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective intervention planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to the unique experiences of each client.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, both in person and via teletherapy for increased accessibility and convenience.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress to adjust treatment goals as needed, ensuring clarity in communication and comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Bayview Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
