This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relations Specialist at Kept Companies.
Work hours are from 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday. This is an EST REMOTE Sales Based Commissions position.
Role Description:
  • The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • The day-to-day tasks of the role include providing customer support, communicating with clients, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • The Client Relations Specialist will work closely with the operations team to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in customer satisfaction and customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
  • Experience in facility maintenance or related industry.
  • Knowledge of facility management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
