• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to gather vital information about clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, ensuring a whole-client perspective is understood.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass specific goals, tailored interventions, and progress evaluation, ensuring each client's unique needs are addressed.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate care effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the client’s treatment are aligned.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and formulate safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their well-being and security at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment processes in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing established electronic health record systems.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to enhance client engagement and provide peer support in recovery.

The primary client focus of this position includes adolescents and young adults who are encountering challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders. You will be working with clients who are at various stages of their recovery journey, providing not only therapeutic support but also tools and resources that promote self-advocacy and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution with a focus on clinical practice.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working in mental health or outpatient settings, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a methodical approach to assessment and documentation.

• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and working in detox or rehabilitation settings is highly desired.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and crisis management strategies.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote client interactions.

The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
