• Provide individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, focusing on improving clients' mental health and emotional resilience.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions, create comprehensive treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current LMFT license issued by a state board; provisional or limited licenses are not acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations, make informed recommendations for treatment, and implement effective care strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural empathy for clients, crucial for fostering trust and rapport.
• Proficient computer literacy, comfortable navigating telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Experience handling a diverse client base and addressing various mental health challenges effectively.
