• Conduct effective and empathetic counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on their unique mental health needs.
• Foster a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages open discussion of emotions and experiences, facilitating client insight and personal growth.
• Advocate for clients by helping them establish clear therapy goals and monitor their progress throughout treatment.
• Thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health conditions, developing and implementing customized treatment plans that leverage your clinical expertise and employ solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilize our intuitive counselor portal for scheduling, client management, and documentation to streamline your practice and enhance productivity.

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Our approach empowers clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances. Understanding cultural and socio-economic factors associated with mental health is essential to our practice.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license issued by the State Board, allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are acceptable.
• Demonstrated strong clinical, diagnostic skills, and the ability to make professional evaluations and treatment recommendations.

• Previous experience managing a dedicated caseload is highly desirable, particularly in a remote setting where self-motivation and organization are key.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm, compassionate nature are crucial for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with technology, including using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on the number of hours worked and experience level. Full-time counselors are eligible for complete benefits, including:
