Overview

Gallagher Bassett is hiring a Senior Client Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and delivery of risk management information system (RMIS) solutions for clients. This role focuses on delivering tailored solutions that extend beyond standard functionality, including customized configurations and expanded platform capabilities to support more complex client requirements.

This is a highly client-facing role that combines implementation, project management, technical configuration, and training. The individual will work closely with both clients and internal Gallagher Bassett teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, strong adoption, and ongoing effective use of RMIS solutions. This position is fully remote and would have minimal travel requirements. 


How you'll make an impact
  • Lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go live, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with expectations
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and develop clear project plans, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings and maintain ongoing communication, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process
  • Configure the RMIS platform to align with client requirements, including workflows, reporting, and system functionality tailored to their operations
  • Utilize tools such as SQL to support reporting, data validation, and issue resolution
  • Respond to questions from clients and internal stakeholders, providing both functional and technical guidance
  • Develop and deliver customized training to support user adoption and ensure clients are confident using the system
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support following implementation, helping clients maximize the value of the platform
  • Collaborate with internal Gallagher Bassett partners to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience
  • Manage a portfolio of clients at various stages of implementation and support,typically supporting engagements simultaneously

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with RMIS platform/s
  • Hands on experience with system implementation, configuration, and client delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, client driven setting

Preferred

  • Experience within insurance, claims, or risk management environments preferred
