• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they feel safe and supported during difficult moments.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment and available community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and professional development opportunities by participating in ongoing training and workshops.

The clients served by Primacare encompass a wide variety of backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those navigating life transitions. • Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist with relevant credentials (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for evaluating client needs.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health care is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with fellow professionals.
• The capacity to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of client care.

• Previous experience working within a clinical mental health setting is highly preferred, though we also welcome qualified entry-level candidates willing to learn and grow.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
