Position Overview

Tranquil Ties Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide vital mental health services to our clients from the comfort of your home. This full-time position supports a remote work model, granting you the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of your clients. While you will primarily work from home, some evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate clients' schedules. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, strengths, and resources, enabling a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to facilitate personal growth.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments and ongoing progress.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to promote cohesive, integrated care plans that benefit both therapeutic and holistic outcomes.
  • Perform crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and if necessary, develop safety plans for clients in a state of distress.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, abiding by ethical and legal guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.
  • Lead support groups and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing clients' therapeutic experiences and providing ongoing support to communities.

Qualifications
