Spring Path Care Wellness is actively searching for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will play a transformative role in delivering personalized mental health care that is both empowering and supportive. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. You will maintain a manageable workload, typically adhering to a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. You’ll benefit from reduced administrative duties, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality, client-centered care.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to identify client needs and devise tailored treatment plans.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring the application of proven modalities appropriate for each unique case.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to enhance the overall quality of care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to continuously improve client outcomes and therapeutic practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds and age groups, each presenting unique challenges related to mental health. Our client population includes individuals wresting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By tailoring your approach and leveraging your expertise, you will guide these individuals on their paths toward recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Adept in applying solution-based psychotherapy interventions to address client needs, offering personalized care that significantly impacts their well-being.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effective in building rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and think critically in diverse situations.
• An enthusiasm for collaborative work, contributing positively to a supportive team culture.

• Experience with telehealth modalities and remote client engagement is highly valued, enabling you to adapt to our service delivery model effectively.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques beyond CBT and DBT, enhancing the breadth of services offered to clients.
• Prior experience working in a community health setting is preferred, helping inform your approach to diverse patient populations.
