Work Environment

This role encompasses a fully remote work environment, allowing therapists to provide telehealth services to clients across various locations. Our flexible setting supports a balanced work-life dynamic, enabling you to focus on delivering quality care without the overhead of a physical office. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some degree of flexibility required based on patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
  • Implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other clinically proven modalities designed to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care plans and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to foster continuous professional development and improve the overall quality of care.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is required.
  • Proven ability to apply solution-based psychotherapy interventions to address clients’ individual needs and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
