This position is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth model that allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your chosen space while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Our telehealth platform is equipped with robust security features to ensure client privacy and adhere to HIPAA regulations. While the primary work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, flexibility may be necessary to accommodate clients' needs, making it essential to adapt to various scheduling challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and situations.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that every intervention is relevant and effective for the client’s circumstances.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, thereby promoting accountability and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a holistic approach to client care, contributing to seamless service delivery.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving the quality of care and discussing innovative therapeutic strategies.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and available community resources to empower them on their therapeutic journey.

The clients you will work with at Mind Congruency represent a diverse demographic, facing an array of mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals adjusting to life after trauma, navigating anxiety, and managing symptoms of depression, among other issues. This variety not only requires a flexible approach in therapy but also the ability to connect meaningfully with people from different backgrounds.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is required.
• Ability to implement solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, customizing your therapeutic approach based on individual client needs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong client relationships, establishing trust and rapport.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills critical for assessing client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
