Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth model provides you with the tools necessary to connect with clients through secure electronic health records (EHR) and virtual therapy platforms. You will be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that fosters communication and professional development. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, accommodating your schedule while ensuring coverage for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy services via telehealth, utilizing your clinical skills to assist individuals, couples, and possibly families.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care while adapting to each client’s unique therapeutic needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to enhance client care and share best practices.
  • Coordinate client care with external agencies, including medical providers and educational institutions, to ensure a comprehensive support network for clients.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) in all interactions and clinical practices.

Qualifications
