You will conduct therapy sessions remotely, utilizing video conferencing tools and digital documentation systems that streamline client care and treatment planning. • Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Perform thorough client assessments to identify mental health concerns, document clinical findings accurately, and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates to monitor client advancement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, using de-escalation techniques to help clients navigate immediate emotional or behavioral challenges.

The clients you will work with are diverse, ranging from adolescents dealing with anxiety and depression to adults facing significant life transitions or chronic mental health conditions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Possession of a current and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in an outpatient or telehealth setting, where you have honed the skills necessary to manage remote client interactions effectively.
