• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their specific mental health needs.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Right Pathway, you will working with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Our trauma-informed approach allows us to tailor our care to the unique experiences and needs of each client, ensuring an empathetic and effective therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in California is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.
• Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy techniques is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to establish rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically in various situations.
• Experience working within a collaborative team environment.

• Demonstrated experience working with trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.
• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus.

• Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
