At Mind Congruency Client-centered Therapy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health services that empower individuals to overcome challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our approach is rooted in compassion and respect, as we help clients build resilience and foster personal growth. We take pride in creating a supportive environment where both clients and staff can thrive.

Work Environment

This position is designed to be flexible, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through technology. Although the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of other healthcare professionals in an outpatient setting, ensuring that our clients receive a comprehensive range of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, to implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation, adhering strictly to HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality.
  • Engage in collaborative case management with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review sessions to share insights and enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available resources, fostering an informed and supportive network around their care.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in mental health research and practices, integrating new findings into your therapeutic approach as appropriate.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in providing them with the tools and support needed to navigate their mental health journeys. The diverse clientele you'll serve requires sensitivity and adaptability to cater to their individual stories and backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to apply relevant techniques tailored to individual needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities to address client needs thoughtfully and efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a collaborative interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Previous experience in outpatient mental health services, with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote service delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance to prioritize your well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance for added financial protection.
  • Professional liability insurance to ensure you can practice with confidence.
  • Employee assistance program for additional mental health support during life’s challenges.
  • Unlimited referral opportunities, enabling you to maintain a fulfilling caseload with meaningful impact.
  • Minimal paperwork requirements, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.
