Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. As part of a community health clinic, you will have access to a supportive team and resources that facilitate collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists. The flexibility of remote work means that while you have set office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, you may occasionally need to adjust your schedule to meet the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to formulate individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), designing your approach to fit each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records compliant with HIPAA standards, ensuring all documentation supports the client's treatment journey.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community to promote informed decision-making.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele varies widely, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will apply your therapeutic skills to support adult clients in their unique paths to recovery, tailoring your methods to address their specific challenges and goals. Your compassionate approach will facilitate a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to share their experiences and work towards healing.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to adapt your techniques to meet individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address client concerns effectively.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment and valuing diverse professional perspectives.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community mental health settings or similar therapeutic environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients from varied backgrounds and with diverse mental health issues.
• Cultural competency in addressing the unique needs of various patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits
