• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status and specific needs thoroughly.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that are aligned with the individual goals of clients, aimed at enhancing their overall well-being.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods and solution-focused techniques tailored to adults facing various mental health concerns.
• Deliver teletherapy services, maintaining a high standard of care and responsiveness during virtual sessions.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and solutions for clients experiencing urgent mental health issues.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and stay updated with the latest mental health trends and practices through workshops and training.

This role primarily focuses on adult clients grappling with a diverse range of mental health issues. Therapeutic approaches will vary depending on client needs, allowing therapists to employ their expertise in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By creating a welcoming environment, therapists will encourage clients to engage deeply in their therapeutic journeys, ultimately facilitating significant life changes.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Completion of a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, building trusting relationships that are crucial for therapeutic success.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude, is essential for supporting clients throughout their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and associated administrative tasks.
• A clear disciplinary record with the licensing board.

• Prior experience providing teletherapy services is advantageous, as it supports seamless and effective remote client interactions.
• Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques, allowing for a personalized approach tailored to individual client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate efficient administrative operations.
