Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations using a range of evidence-based practices, including direct observation and structured interviews, to develop personalized treatment plans for every client.
  • Implement and facilitate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring techniques based on client needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
  • Keep meticulously accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to safeguard client information.
  • Engage closely with a dedicated treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine and enhance care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, and major depressive disorders. This role is centered around creating individualized strategies that empower clients in their recovery process, enhancing their resilience and overall mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active and valid license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
  • Proven expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling personalized therapeutic approaches that effectively address individual client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to build rapport quickly and empathetically with clients.
