As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat, employing ethical and evidence-based practices to promote client wellness.

• Assessing clients' mental health status and identifying their individual needs, guiding the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing solution-based treatment modalities that empower clients to develop coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and a greater understanding of their mental health challenges.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued growth and success.

• Offering compassionate guidance that fosters client insight into their emotions, relationships, and experiences.

Your work will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking mental health support. These clients may include individuals managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our commitment to matching therapists with clients who align with their specialties and demographic preferences will help you build a fulfilling practice and ensure optimal outcomes for those you serve.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist recognized in Oregon, with one of the following credentials: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• Ability to provide care independently without supervision, showcasing high levels of professionalism and ethical standards.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and remote counseling best practices to engage clients effectively.

• A proven track record of developing and implementing successful treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Familiarity with solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
