What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Clarity RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Clarity RCM specialist, you need expertise in medical billing, coding, revenue cycle processes, and a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, often supported by a degree in healthcare administration or a related field. Proficiency with Epic Clarity, EHR systems, and RCM software, along with certifications like CPC or CRCR, is typically required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are vital soft skills for identifying discrepancies and collaborating with remote teams. These competencies ensure accurate billing, compliance, and optimal financial performance for healthcare organizations.

Remote Clarity RCM professionals often encounter challenges such as staying updated with frequent changes in billing regulations and payer requirements, maintaining effective communication with healthcare providers, and managing time efficiently while working from home. To address these, it's important to participate in regular training sessions, leverage collaboration tools for clear communication, and set structured daily routines to ensure productivity. Staying proactive about industry updates and fostering strong virtual teamwork can help overcome these challenges and contribute to success in the role.

What is a Remote Clarity RCM specialist?

A Remote Clarity RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) specialist is a professional who manages the financial processes of healthcare practices using Clarity RCM software, but works remotely rather than on-site. Their main responsibilities include handling medical billing, claims submissions, payment posting, and resolving insurance denials to ensure healthcare providers receive proper reimbursement. Working remotely allows them to perform these tasks from anywhere, using secure access to healthcare systems. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of a medical practice and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Job description

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.

Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission.

Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.

At Commure, we are building technology to simplify healthcare for patients, providers, and administrators. We’re looking for a Director/Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing to lead our efforts across product marketing, content, events and partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.

This person will drive awareness, pipeline growth, and conversion for our healthcare SaaS portfolio consisting of Ambient AI, RCM, Patient Experience, and PatientKeeper, and report directly to the SVP & General Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for entrepreneurial marketers who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and want to be part of reshaping how healthcare gets delivered.

This role is open to San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or New York City. If you are local to the SF bay area, this role will be hybrid in our Mountain View headquarters, but remote for LA and NYC.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Enterprise Marketing: Refine the go-to-market approach across product positioning, demand generation, and customer lifecycle. You own the budget and report on the effectiveness.

  • Lead the team: Manage and mentor a team of 5–7 marketers, set priorities and drive results.

  • Drive Execution: Prioritize high-impact initiatives, and roll up your sleeves when needed.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive clarity and momentum.

  • Product Marketing: Define clear, differentiated messaging and turn it into effective sales tools.

  • Content Marketing: Produce creative, relevant content that attracts leads and supports brand growth.

  • Events & Partnerships: Run events and partner campaigns that directly generate pipeline and expand reach.

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Engage prospects and customers with timely, relevant content.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years in SaaS marketing, with demonstrated success in strategy and results

  • Proven leadership of 5+ person teams

  • Track record of building from zero-to-one and scaling

  • Clear examples of owning marketing outcomes

  • Strong cross-functional operator

  • Prior Enterprise Marketing experience is a must

  • Prior healthcare industry exposure is a bonus, but not a must
