The Consultative Pharmacist 2 consults with patients, pharmacies and providers to provide patient care in the form of optimal medication therapy. The Consultative Pharmacist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Consultative Pharmacist 2 advises safe, accurate and timely usage of medications. Designs, implements, evaluates and makes adjustments to medication care plans. Monitors medication therapy and makes adjustments as needed. Works as the medication expert in focused proactive heath campaigns that target improving health outcomes for patients with specific conditions. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Pharmacist license in good standing in OH, AZ, Fl or TX

  • Interact with CenterWell Pharmacy patients via the telephone.

  • Provide counseling and advice.

  • Research patient concerns.

  • Facilitate positive service and pharmaceutical outcomes.

  • Starting shift available:

  • 8 hour shift, M-F 2:30-11:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time

  • Every 4th Saturday, Closed Sundays

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$115,200 - $158,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
