Firefly is seeking a Virtual Sales Account Manager to join our Virtual Cisco sales team. As a VSAM at Firefly, you will engage directly with Cisco Sales Teams and Direct Customers.

This sales position requires you to have the ability to demonstrate expert knowledge of Firefly's Adoption & Training services portfolio, find new and manage existing customers and to work with Cisco Field Sales teams to execute strategies to identify and secure new customers.

Selling Technology Adoption services requires an ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers and enable them to execute on their mission strategy through Firefly services & solutions. You will lead with and leverage consultative sales methodologies to successfully perform discovery within the client's organization, understand key decision-making criteria, and successfully align Firefly's services and solutions directly to value and top priorities to the customer.

You will build strong working relationships and collaborate with Account Management teams, Business Development, and Sales Leadership teams. The VSAM will collaborate externally & internally to drive sales strategies, pipeline development, and opportunity capture effort to achieve weekly, monthly & quarterly sales goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong sales and prospecting experience business-to-business and working with Partners selling IT solutions

  • Ability to understand a customer's current environment and be able to recommend areas of improvement while being a trusted adviser through the process

  • Experience with relationship building and value-added selling

  • Knowledge of Cisco technologies or basic networking/cloud security understanding a plus

Responsibilities

  • You will lead all aspects of the customer account with respect to deal transactions - Drive the execution of direct customer activities to conclusion in a quality, timely, and accurate manner - Handle service pricing and margins according to agreed aims
  • You will sell solutions based on leading-edge and new portfolios of service offerings
  • Build relationships with Cisco Field Sales team to leverage Firefly Products and Programs to accelerate technology adoption
  • You will facilitate sales transactions by - Understanding customers' and partners' procurement process - Establishing relationships with customers and partners in positions within the procurement process - Navigating partner and customer relationships
  • You will plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially handling personal time and productivity
