What You'll Be Doing:

The Clinical Information Support Specialist supports the proper, effective and efficient use of clinical systems and equipment by: providing on-site or remote user support to all levels of direct patient care; by collaborating with senior roles to plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of systems and services; and, by providing training to properly use clinical systems in a way that ensures quality patient care outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as Tier 1& 2 support to Clinical Information Systems users, responding and resolving user support issues according to service level objectives, as well as system maintenance tickets
  • Performs system testing and User Acceptance testing
  • Serves as a clinical system resource for care sites and methods and through partnership and collaboration. May support additional information system teams as well as partnering with external vendors
  • Advises end users on implementation and launch of Clinical Information Systems
  • Develop training materials and deliver to users accordingly.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field of study. 2+ years of direct experience in a similar role may substitute for the education requirement.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience in Behavioral Health Clinical roles and practices (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience supporting users of an EMR (preferred)
  • Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends 

Location & Schedule:

This position is posted as remote; however, per company policy, candidates residing within a 35‑mile radius of ZIP code 80230 will be required to follow a hybrid schedule, even if they applied to the remote posting.
  • Remote: Mondays and Fridays
  • On-site in our Denver Office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations. 

Colorado pay range
$27—$33 USD
