Job description

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting audio/visual and conference room equipment including:
    • Cisco Video conferencing units
    • Blackmagic Design ATEM video switcher series
    • Analog and Digital Audio Mixers from 16 - 32 channels
    • Multi-camera setup, configuration, and operation
  • Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Crestron, Extron, BiAmp, Cisco.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and knowledge of research techniques, methods, and procedures for rapid problem resolution.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • A committed to learn and grow in the Audio-Visual practice.
  • Strong focus, passion, and desire to understand and exceed customer expectations and technology needs.
  • Creative mindset that easily lends itself to event design, decor, lighting, and other aesthetic choices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and creative thinking mindset with a focus on finding innovative solutions to user problems.
  • Able to perform at a high level in a stressful, fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to work with executives to provide the highest level of customer service, technical solutions, and troubleshooting.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $43,200.00 to $54,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Duties:

  • Live Events:
    • Entry Level (1-3 years) level facilitation and execution of live events and large customer-facing meetings, providing for voice, video, and presentation needs in a variety of formats including auditoriums, warehouses, hotels, and virtually. Some weekend and evening support duties will be required.
    • Experience with lighting setup/ programming, Video switching, Audio setup/configuration, and LED Walls.
    • Working knowledge of stage deck setup or rigging
    • Basic knowledge of video editing (Cropping, audio editing, color correction)
    • Seek opportunities to improve and streamline AV processes
