The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:ย 

  • Provide leadership to the team as a coach. Develop and foster spiritual growth in oneself and the team; Help establish and track clear expectations, objectives and measures for the team.
  • Coordinate supervisory responsibilities for assigned team and individuals in accordance with the ministry's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Develop and execute a collaborative integrated customer strategy across digital channels and ensure consistency in digital audience contact points.
  • Obtain metrics that analyze the effectiveness and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize digital media investments and marketing campaign effectiveness with digital media usage metrics.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and implementation of organizational brand elements that are contextualized for ministry specific uses.
  • Use customer data analytics including personalization and product recommendation systems, and develop a segmentation model to enable effective marketing across digital channels used in specific ministries.
  • Utilize sophisticated direct response and database marketing techniques and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote products, brands, and ministry opportunities across digital platforms in the assigned scope (including email, search engine, social media, display, and mobile advertising).
  • Analyze online traffic analytics and develop actions to improve marketing campaign performance, and identify online marketing trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate on strategic audience-driven agile marketing, providing direction and oversight related to the assigned ministry scope
