As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment and behavior support plans.
• Actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the clinic’s operational standards.

• Engaging in professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings that contribute to your growth and the agency's reputation.
