Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Compassionate Care Counseling, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks aimed at nurturing child development and supporting families. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).

  • Engaging in coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, particularly those experiencing disabilities or development delays. Through our early intervention services, we strive to equip these children with essential skills related to physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development during the critical early years of life. Your work will involve collaborating closely with families to empower them in guiding their child's development, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
  • At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively moderate caseloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
