Compassionate Care Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Compassionate Care Counseling, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks aimed at nurturing child development and supporting families. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for children to identify developmental needs.
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
• Monitoring and assessing outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Providing educational support and resources to families, helping them understand their child's developmental journeys.
• Building strong rapport with children and families to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to recommend strategies tailored to each child's needs.
• Implementing IFSP recommendations and adjusting service frequency in response to the child’s developmental status and family priorities.
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in care.
• Engaging in coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies.
• Promoting health and safety standards for all staff and individuals we serve.

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, particularly those experiencing disabilities or development delays. Through our early intervention services, we strive to equip these children with essential skills related to physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development during the critical early years of life. Your work will involve collaborating closely with families to empower them in guiding their child's development, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively moderate caseloads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members.
• A commitment to natural learning environment practices and adapting services to meet individual learning styles.
• Bilingual proficiency is encouraged, enhancing communication with diverse families.
• A respectful and inclusive approach to teamwork, fostering a harmonious work culture.

• Experience in developing and implementing therapeutic plans for early childhood development.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations regarding early intervention and developmental services.
• Experience working in a hospice or palliative care setting, particularly with children.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
