Compassionate Care Counseling is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position allows for remote work, focusing on providing high-quality care to children within our Hospice Center located in Yuma, Arizona. The LCSW plays a vital role in delivering exceptional social services, ensuring every child’s developmental needs are met while supporting families through challenging times.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to inform treatment planning and program development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, ensuring services provided are effective and tailored to the child's unique needs.
• Engage with families, providing support and guidance to help them nurture their child’s development.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create joint plans with families that outline actionable strategies for enhancing the child's learning and developmental growth.
• Employ the coaching model and techniques rooted in Natural Learning Environment Practices to facilitate holistic development.
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations governing social work practices.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and fellow staff members by following established protocols.

We focus primarily on providing services to young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who face developmental delays or disabilities. Our LCSW plays a critical role in helping these children build essential skills such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities during their formative years. Working closely with families, the social worker helps tailor interventions that address the child’s individual growth areas.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is essential for potential community-based activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills are required to engage families, colleagues, and partners effectively.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
