Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to understand their psychological and social needs.
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), aligning service provision with the unique priorities of each family.
  • Monitor outcomes through ongoing assessment and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the success of intervention strategies.
  • Provide essential emotional support and guidance to families, equipping them with information and tools to enhance their child's developmental trajectory.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations while implementing therapeutic practices aligned with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.

  • Build rapport with clients and their families to foster a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship, critical for effective intervention.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with children aged birth to three years who experience developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications
