• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to understand their psychological and social needs.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), aligning service provision with the unique priorities of each family.
• Monitor outcomes through ongoing assessment and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the success of intervention strategies.
• Provide essential emotional support and guidance to families, equipping them with information and tools to enhance their child's developmental trajectory.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations while implementing therapeutic practices aligned with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Utilize a coaching model to educate families about child development and provide in-home services that promote hands-on learning.
• Build rapport with clients and their families to foster a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship, critical for effective intervention.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with children aged birth to three years who experience developmental delays or disabilities. Your contributions will directly support families navigating early intervention services, helping them understand their child’s needs and empowering them with effective strategies to facilitate learning and growth. This role is pivotal in shaping early childhood experiences that lead to improved long-term outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the relevant regulatory body.
• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate travel for any client visits, as necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of individual clients and their families.
• Prior experience in a social work role focusing on children, specifically in early intervention settings, is preferred.
• Commitment to the Natural Learning Environment Practices and a passion for child development.
• Proficiency in both English and a second language is encouraged but not required.

• At least one year of hands-on experience working with children in early intervention programs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to child development and family support.
• Experience developing and implementing therapeutic interventions within family-centered practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to address a variety of patient needs.
