Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's developmental needs.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child’s requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a collaborative team, ensuring progress and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Provide psycho-social support and resource information to families to facilitate enhanced child development.
  • Engage with families to develop and implement joint plans, recommending strategies based on evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize coaching models and natural learning environment practices in your interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive rapport with children, families, and team members to promote a healthy learning atmosphere.
  • Utilize your expertise to administer evaluations while adapting to the unique learning styles of each child.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health and safety for all staff and individuals served, complying with organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on children aged 0-3 years who display developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will engage with their families to provide guidance, support, and resources tailored to each child's individual circumstances, thereby playing a crucial role in their early development and future potential.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
