• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring the goals align with the child's specific developmental milestones.
• Monitor the progress of children as part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based support and resources to families, addressing the needs of both the child and family system.
• Facilitate positive rapport with children, families, and team members to develop a nurturing and effective educational environment.
• Utilize the coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote child development in real-life settings.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention services.
• Compile and maintain detailed documentation of assessments, services provided, and progress reports.

In this role, you will primarily work with children from birth to three years old, who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our Early Intervention Services team is devoted to assisting these children in acquiring foundational skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication development. By engaging closely with families, you will address their concerns and provide tailored support that empowers them in their caregiving journey.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple cases.
• Strong communication abilities to foster collaboration among team members and engage effectively with families.

• At least one year of experience working directly with young children in an early intervention setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Bilingual proficiency is encouraged to foster inclusivity and better engage with our diverse clientele.
• A commitment to adapting strategies to meet the varying learning styles and needs of each child.
• An ability to form respectful, collaborative relationships with families and colleagues.
