As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs, helping to define their challenges and strengths.
• Developing tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, promoting effective strategies for growth and healing.
• Facilitating therapy sessions that may focus on either individual or couples therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to engage and support clients.
• Establishing clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, enabling them to track their progress and achieve their mental health objectives.
• Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, receive feedback, and align on best practices in patient care.

This position encompasses a diverse clientele, including both adult and child/adolescent populations. You will engage with clients facing a range of challenges, from mood disorders to anxiety, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your role will be critical in building trusting therapeutic relationships that empower clients to overcome their obstacles and improve their quality of life.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to both adult and child/adolescent populations.
• A strong foundation in individual and couples therapy modalities, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

• Previous work in a community health clinic setting.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and methodologies.
• Knowledge and application of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and narrative therapy.

The compensation package for this role reflects the importance we place on our therapists and includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000, along with performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits encompass:
