Child & Family Care Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts, offering the flexibility of a remote work environment. The work setting for this position is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. We operate Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required to better serve our clients' schedules. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the specific mental health needs of clients, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.
• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the unique goals and circumstances of each client.
• Deliver high-quality counseling services in various formats, including individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing targeted therapeutic interventions that suit the diverse needs of our clientele.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, facilitating the best outcomes for our clients.
• Safeguard client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in maintaining accurate and secure client records in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to enhance your professional development and maintain high-quality standards of care.

• Experience working with a wide range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.

• Background in developing creative therapy techniques tailored to specific demographic groups, such as children, adolescents, or families.
