• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on best practices, and monitor progress regularly.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to foster resilience and drive client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, and psychologists, to create comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Participate in clinical supervision, peer reviews, and ongoing professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and industry trends.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, assisting them in understanding mental health conditions and navigating available resources.
• Manage a full caseload of patients effectively, adhering to established treatment goals while ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach.

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents who are struggling with mental health issues, particularly those related to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your impact will extend to their families as you guide them through the recovery process, providing crucial support and education on mental health resources. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that the care provided is holistic, considering the various factors influencing each client's well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your academic preparation for clinical practice.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• Knowledge and experience with solution-focused psychotherapy, allowing for the adaptation of interventions based on individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex therapeutic situations effectively.

• Experience working within school settings or with a child-adolescent population, understanding the dynamics and challenges these clients face.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to enhance the efficiency and quality of service delivery.
• Prior experience developing and leading support groups or workshops focused on wellness in educational settings.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
