Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible work setting as it is primarily remote, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while occasionally visiting our outpatient office for team meetings and client sessions. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans that address their specific concerns and goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
