• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport through consistent and empathetic communication to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, discuss therapeutic goals, and determine appropriate discharge plans when applicable.
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring a person-centered approach.
• Document client interactions diligently, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant client history and assess their mental health needs upon entry into care.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and enhance professional development, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a unified approach to client care.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in direct client interaction.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation, including familiarity with RMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and communication platforms such as Outlook.
• Experience conducting intake assessments and providing individual psychotherapy to a diverse clientele.
