Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and their families to determine developmental needs.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with each child’s unique needs.
  • Monitor and report on developmental outcomes, adjusting intervention strategies based on progress and family feedback.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with children and their families, creating a supportive atmosphere that promotes healthy development.
  • Provide evidence-based strategies and resources that empower families to enhance their child’s development in collaborative, natural settings.
  • Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to advance learning opportunities.
  • Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding social work practices to ensure best outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically focuses on supporting children from birth to three years of age who may have disabilities or developmental delays. Empower Soul Therapy Center works closely with families to ensure that each child receives the developmentally appropriate support necessary to flourish. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.
