• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand the developmental needs of each child.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet the unique circumstances and priorities of families.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes actively, contributing insights as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide consistent and empathetic support to families, enhancing their understanding and ability to foster their child’s developmental growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to build rapport with children and families, making the therapeutic environment as nurturing and productive as possible.
• Implement evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices within interventions.
• Guide families in enhancing their child’s developmental progress through practical, skill-based support and resources.
• Facilitate the integration of innovative teaching techniques tailored to match individual learning styles.

This position primarily focuses on children from birth to three years old who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. You will engage with families in creating supportive plans that address physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communicative skills with the aim of achieving developmental milestones. Your work will directly influence not only the child’s growth but also provide families with the tools and knowledge they need to advocate for their children's needs effectively.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work.
• Must hold a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention with children is essential.
• Commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
