• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Participate actively in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring that family goals are met.
• Monitor and report on child development outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to ongoing care adjustments.
• Build rapport with children and their families through effective communication, encouraging a healthy and supportive environment.
• Create customized joint plans in partnership with families, recommending effective strategies aligned with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Deliver specialized support to families, equipping parents with essential information and skills to foster their child's growth and development.
• Utilize the coaching model and natural teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.
• Adhere strictly to all Federal and State regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and interventions in social work.

Your primary focus will be on supporting families with children aged birth to three years who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. This role is crucial in creating a nurturing environment that encourages early intervention and skill development, helping these young individuals flourish during their formative years.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Must hold an active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential for potential onsite visits.
• Proven ability to adapt methodologies to suit various learning styles and individual treatment plans is crucial.
• At least one year of experience working with young children in early intervention settings is required.
• Demonstration of commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices is expected.
