Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport and nurturing positive relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, reflecting each client's journey and therapeutic advancements.
• Execute comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs and concerns of new clients.
• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients weekly, addressing their mental health challenges and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset, continuously seeking knowledge and improving practice methods.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Possession of an unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in an outpatient clinical setting following graduation.
• Proficient in utilizing computers and relevant software systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and maintaining comprehensive client records.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches that cater to diverse client populations.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective treatment plans and achieving positive client outcomes.
• Experience in cross-collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflecting your level of experience and expertise. We operate under a fee-for-service model, with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, ensuring transparency and a stable income stream. Our benefits include:
